Need our VAT number?

Just let us know you need a VAT Invoice (including your order number) and we'll email one over to you.

Need to place an order?

1. Find products using the search facility or by browsing the categories.
2. Click on the product's picture or title to see the product details.
3. Click on "Add to Cart".
4. Click on "Continue Shopping" to add more products to your order or click on "Checkout" to pay for your order.
5. You will then be asked to sign in (choose this option if you already have an account) or to register.
6. Once you have signed in follow the instructions to pay by Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal account or NoChex account.
7. Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared (usually instantly).

Couldn't pay, but got an order number?

The good news is that if you have been given an order number we will have your order on our system. We can send you an email invoice with a link to pay using your credit/debit card, NoChex account or PayPal account.

Just let us know that something went wrong, what your order number is and how you'd prefer to pay. We will then process the order as soon as the invoice has been paid.
